wanna know how Aizen use hollofication on the Vizards
what item or process did he use

I wonder how Aizen, Gin, and Tousen were able to become Captains and walk around Soul Society normally after all this.

Aizen hypnotized everyone with his sword ofc.
The Vizards were kicked out for obtaining hollow powers.
Uruhara was kicked out for making that gigai which hides reitsu.

Therefore, there was no one left who knew about his betrayel.

It's also possible Aizen framed Urahara for the hollowfication of the other captains (only building on simply-hoe's theory).
But I think this is a remote possibility due to the reason Urahara got kicked out for the gigai.

na the gigai is more of use for shinigami againts ambushing hollows
so not its more of the Houkyougo or however you call it :/

Im pretty sure they said earlier in the manga the reason why Urahara had to leave was because of the gigai.
He kept the Hougokyu a secret (until Aizen discovered it).

So that's why kisuke and yoruichi left the soul soceity.
Since the beginning Aizen was planning all that . Awesome .
