Probably. Bleach has gone downhill since the soul society arc. Nothing is explained or even thought out.

I like this arc but it just has to much filler. I liked how they did the Espada and explained the reasons they are how they are and why they are with Aizen. Just needs more good fights.

That was just a filler arc for ichigo to power up. Which he actually didn't power up as you can see.

Hmm kinda but they still explain that he was with Aizen out of emptyness, he needed a reason to exist and Aizen gave him that even if he didn't really care about Aizens plans it was still a reason for him to exist. I felt so bad for Stark and Ulquiorra 'cos they were both sad and lonely.
