9tails is the strongest and most evil out of all the tailed beast i dont recall witch part the 4th sealed into himself the yin or yang its possible he sealed the evil part into naruto cause it has the most destructive force

I don't remember where but they said that each tailed beasts is stronger judging by how much tail he got.

who says the other half is good? The kyuubi as a whole was a giant destructive natural force so who says both sides aren't evil considering the nature of the kyuubi before he seperated?

Also it might be the weaker for fear of it engulfing naruto if he got the stronger half. Or maybe it is just half and half.
