coz:
1) if it was itachi's ,she will wonder why he still has some in naruto ,to fight sasuke
2)if it was kyuubi than its just the terrifying huge dark chakra

this show is built around hard work being better then natural talent

i doubt narutos next step in training will be a a wtf hax move like all the skills sasuke has gotten

naruto = hard work can over come anything, he will be in a field with 1k shadow clones getting 1kx the experience for his new techniques or skills its what makes the show good

to have a kid that had nothing givin to him other then the fox "which some would consider a curse not a gift" work hard to make his dreams come true

Even though you'll probably say that she didn't specify that it was an entire body of chakra, go look back at all the times they were talking about people's chakra systems.

They always simply say "a chakra" without specifying it as an entire body because that would be redundant. It's clearly the same case here.

Why would she, an ultra-sensitive chakra sensor, merely overlook the entire chunk of kyuubi chakra and get horrified by that little silver of chakra that belongs to itachi?

As you can see in the picture, it's a chakra that's deep inside naruto's body. Hmm, what could that possibly be?

Which one would she probably notice first, deep inside naruto's chakra, and get really shocked at its evil? A tiny amount that belongs to a good-hearted uchiha or half of an entire chakra monster?

Like someone mentioned, she was around Sasuke long enough to know that Naruto had Kyuubi inside him.

Just look at her face lol, she almost crapped herself.

Although true, it's still not enough to really justify that she'd completely ignore the feeling of kyuubi's chakra and get shocked at itachi's "evil".
