Sounds good, or even not pushing you to get a mal just get a list that your prepared to post of what you have seen if it isn't too horribly long and I have np's recing

if you even want to take the extra step to put beside each one what you thought that would help me even more give you a guaranteed you'll love it rec

Death Note => thriller/psycho/detective
Furi Kuri => comedy/parody
Berserk => gore/action/dark fantasy

When you're done with these:

Ga Rei Zero => action/kind of romance/drama
Shigurui => martial arts, really good (not shounen crap)
Welcome to the NHK => dark comedy/psycho
Mononoke Hime => adventure/fantasy/action
Golden Boy => adventure/comedy
Full Metal Panic => mecha/comedy/action (especially fumoffu - pure comedy)
Hellsing Ultimate => vampires/action
SE: Lain => psycho/mystery/drama
Monster => thriller/psycho/detective
Mouryou no Hako => detective/mystery/drama - more talking than actual action(it's not finished yet.. it aired but fansubbers are slacking)

Action shows I posted: they're not the crappy shounen type, all unique on their own way.
Bolded - more than the rest.
Not bolded - show is a bit of everything.
