Kakashi in my opinion is more of a battle person and should be on the front lines doing dangerous missions and helping the younger generation out. He isn't suited to be Hokage. Tsunade is a healer and is better for sitting back and making decisions. Plus she can heal people when they come back from said dangerous missions. I think she makes a better hokage.

yarly,

hokage is supposed to be the strongest ninja,

Tusande is past her prime the only thing that made her good was the build up chakra she saved but its all gone she is just a 53 year old woman and is weak, she has no gfg skills other then healing and her str

Unfortunately it's heading down that path where certain characters are overpowered.
And of course with the focus being on overpowered characters, everyone else kind of becomes useless.

Take a look at kakashi vs sasuke. Then tsunade was worthless against pain.

In my opinion more time should have been spent developing the ninja world itself like the feudal lord system and the economics behind ninja missions. It touched on it during the chuunin exams but right after the invasion it became all about orochimaru and akatsuki and the ninja world left half-explained.
