I think I want to see Hashirama's story more; more specifically, his fight with Madara. I think I can assume what Minato's upbringing was like. He was the child prodigy that did everything right and received endless praise from Jiraiya and whatnot. But seeing the founding of Konoha would be pretty cool, imo.

madara vs hashirma would be the best fight in the series so far if we ever get to see flash backs of it

Ehh, too bad it's not likely to happen. You know, with consent from Kishimoto, I don't see why it would be an issue to do some flashback fights instead of fillers. Is that really such a bad idea? To be fair, they would add more to the story than fillers would.
