kakshi imo is stronger then tusande, she used up her biggest weapon all the stored chakra in her diamond thing, And kakashi has the same leadership ideals and qualities of the 3rd / 4th

hed be an idea hokage he has the experience i mean been a chunin from like age 5? and he is i think 28 or 31 now he might be 31 with the time skip

Kakashi in my opinion is more of a battle person and should be on the front lines doing dangerous missions and helping the younger generation out. He isn't suited to be Hokage. Tsunade is a healer and is better for sitting back and making decisions. Plus she can heal people when they come back from said dangerous missions. I think she makes a better hokage.
