pretty much predictable either A) Ace and whitebeard die and luffy uses haki or Luffy goes with the whitebeard pirates afterwards and learns to use haki til he finds his crew again but either way he uses haki in this battle to fuck someone or something up

I wish he would go with the whitebeard crew, but thats seeming more and more far away. If anything, whitebeard will die and ace will take the rest of the crew and become the new leader. It almost seems they are setting up the story to be that way. What with him telling everyone that he raised ace to specifically be the next pirate king.


It would make the ending of one piece incredibly awkward too with the brothers fighting for raftel, lulz.

I still stand by the fact that I think both ace and whitebeard should die :/

Reason why he is telling everyone that is because Gol D Roger is Ace's dad and whitebeard was protecting Ace. If none of this had happened Ace would have eventually popped up as the next pirate king cause most will follow him just due to the fact of Roger's blood is flowing through his veins and if the pirates were all to follow him this would truly be bad news for marines. and i agree ace and luffy fighting would be awkward but ace would be pissed at luffy cause he got save by his "younger brother".

i dont think that ace would be pissed, of being saved, by the younger brother...
he was always happy, of seeing luffy getting better and i think he would be proud of him

Ace has pride too, though.


Overall I think the biggest thing here is that ace didn't want luffy to come simply because of the danger involved.

That's the only thing in my opinion.

But if "luffy" could control his haki, it wouldnt be that dangerous for him
