what is doflamingo's powers?

he seems crazy strong

and a while back like WAYYYY back like 300-400 chapters back, they show indications of him being able to control other people as if they were his puppet or something

Paramecia type, ability to create/manipulate 'strings' which can be used to control peoples actions, or attack people (think HISOKA from hxh)
