Law is already quite strong, I mean it's safe to assume he is much stronger than Sanji as he took Vergo out pretty quickly after recovering his heart, although I doubt he will ever become equal or stronger than luffy ever.

Roger and Dragon have no relation. Luffy's dad is dragon. Ace's dad is Roger.
