So the toys are due to a fruit user. DQ told that guy to take care of lufy and only he could do it. The dude that was talking to bellamy about assassinating luffy. I think he might be the one making toys. And who else thinks luffy is going to be turned into a toy at some point??

if it is the "strawhats will destroy this island etc etc"....

I am pretty sure that referred to the hordy pirates destroying fish island and her seeing luffy amonst the rubble and mistaking him for the culprit


because a lot of fish island got trashed when the hordy pirates were rampaging.
