before jiraiya died he released the seal on that toad that had a scroll on his abdomen and told the scroll toad to go hide in naruto, the toad started freaking out aout keeping the key to narutos kyubi seal so close to the seal and jiraiya mentioned minato wanting it to happen and minato wanting naruto to perfect "that" technique

madara hasn't even hurt anyone in this whole manga..
not since he got raped by the first.
And i won't lie.. his eye makes him strong, and he has a whole lot of chakra + the bijuu's to start with.
he's not even a solid figure, or at least it doesn't look like it.
he may have eternal MS but does he have to the strength to use the techniques at all?
same for if he has the rinnegan.
He might have been strong before, but was considerably weakened by the first
i will say hes strong, stronger then probablly most of the akatsuki
but there are a few i believe stronger then madara ATM.

itachi also, if he hadn't died for sasuke
and MAYBE kakashi.
only because there eyes could counter act madaras EMS.
maybe even sasuke, but i doubt this , cause hes a weak ball of crap.

We can assume that Madara has mangekyo, susano, amaterasu, and then a fourth hidden secret sharingan jutsu.

Pein honestly didn't have any special abilities beyond controlling more than 1 body. Separate the bodies weren't anything special. Pein took orders from Madara so we can assume he is much stronger.

Madara may not be as strong as he once was he is still has legendary strength. Do you seriously think weaksauce sasuke could beat him?

okay well im exaggerating alittle bit..
i said i doubt it on sasuke
and okay.. well pein just seemed strong enough.. or at least somewhat.
i will say though.
itachi and kakashi have a pretty close race with him AT LEAST.
although kakashi does not have the sharingan, i can expect him to at least put up a good fight.

Kakashi has mangekyo but we have no idea how it will react with Madara's jutsu. Even if he does get it off it seems that a single use more or less immobilizes him in any real ninja fight and we can't expect Madara to just sit around and take a mangekyo.

Although it's hard to say... maybe pein's chakra capacity could've allowed him to do some super nuke suicide that would just eliminate both him and madara if they fought. Since he was able to revive virtually the entire population of konoha.

I mean, you know how konan was like, "with his current chakra he could ___, but he uses it to help this kid.."

I think, despite the fact that she probably meant he could've helped madara or something, he still could've used some other incredible jutsu that is unique to him if he fought madara.
