Cuz he turned everyone into vizards, and they'll all probably run now.

and maybe the Visards keeped them all to themselves without telling anyone else?
same as Uruhara? maybe he accused Aizen but everyone else sided at Aizen and got Uruhara kicked out? (UNLIKELY!)

ah i get it, it was Aizen the one that made the stone
and Uruhara confiscated it
and he blamed Uruhara for it when the other Captains showed up or heard of what happened to the other Captains
thats why Uruhara got kicked out
thats probably how he knew it was on Kuchiki, he can probably feel it

and i bet Uruhara's Hollow power is different
my theory for his Bankai or his Swords power is to copy other people ability goldy

but again this is justs a theory
