It was a crap chapter because not only did it have no action, it also had zero story movement.
Also im wondering when aizen put that thing inside himself :o and why he cares so much about Ichigo's improvement. Ulquiorra said the first time he saw him that the real insterest was in Ichigo's growth potential.
Probably got put in after WW was made.
This chapter makes it look like we'll be flashing back to Ichigo's dad's time because why else would Aizen have been planning to use Ichigo since before he was a shinigami unless there's something in his genes that makes him supermegaultragz.
What I wonder about is what is so interesting about Ichigo's reiatsu and why everything was planned to have him release his new epic reiatsu onto the hogyouku, unless doing that is going to turn Aizen into something more than a Vizard or something.
