becuase he let his rage control his decision making, everyone is responsible for their actions, by ur logic, ur saying that if someone told u to rob a bank it would be ok becuase someone told u to do it.

Everyone was under the effect of Aizens zanpakutou and he was making them see Hinamori as himself. thus leading them to ultimately kill Hinamori and not Aizen. therefore, Because of aizens hypnosis on them, he caused Hitsugaya to kill Hinamori.

Aizens Zanpakutou has the power of complete hypnosis. does that not clue you in? Yes it was Hitsugaya that killed Hinamori, yes it was his own doing. However, It was because of aizens power, that lead him to kill hinamori. If aizen didnt use his power, she wouldnt have died
