Yes. There are on issue 710 right now. This is the only manga I read, I'm mostly a DC/Marvel fan, and I think it's well worth it to follow.

you can take your time to catch up. A volume a week and you can catch up a little over a year but since it gets really good I doubt you will read only a volume a week.

If you have free time I would say go for it.

you can easily catch up in a week,
and then become like the rest of us, wait for 1 chapter a week, and then rage on holidays/sickdays when theres no new chapter.
