how many uchia brother end up with mankygou? out of hundreds of years and thousands of people only 4?

I'm pretty sure madara's brother was on his death bed. And itachi was sick and could never have explained all that to Sasuke in a way to make him stop hating him It took Madara telling him to fix it

Of course Itachi could have been exaggerating or lying outright, but it does seem, while it wasn't exactly common, more then 4 uchiha obtained the ems, they just weren't important characters and so we never saw them.
