did luffy kill him? i thought luffy just 1-hit him.

Flamingo went to Jaya and was HEAVILY implied that he killed him after he said "I don't need any street punks under my command" and then slashed him using Bellamy's underling.

Then you read on and Bellamy begs and Flamingo says I have no use of you by my side and says he will let him choose his own destiny. but then it also shows him using Bellamy's underling to give the final blow

Excellent chapter and as always luffy is great. Really liked his setup too bad for the weight restriction. And Luffy like always revealing his identity by accident. I find it hilarious that no one wanted it to be the real luffy. I expected Blackbeard to be involved somehow I mean they are looking for powerful devil fruits. Bellamy being alive was a surprise for me but I don't mind he also looks better. Anyways yea great chapter.

Edit: forgot to mention that I really like how only 4 will make it to the next round.
