I caught up to current on this now (it's only 25 chapters). I do recommend it. The most recent chapters especially introduced some interesting developments. I haven't seen the Elfen Lied anime but it was probably much different from the manga due to its length.

It's interesting. Only thing is that I feel like it should stay away from the harem. Harems kind of ruin romance mangas :(

Also, idk where this manga is going tbh. It seems like it'll just be filler stories until it ends (somewhat like to-love ru)
