so from chapter 388 Ichigo popped out and swung. Then he's been watching intently as the captains fight the same "Aizen" that he swung at, never saying anything while they talk for days and all of them fight while Ichigo never takes his eyes off him. And all the while either:

A. Ichigo actually saw the release of Aizen's blade before and the 9001 pages of zomgweneedIchigocuzhe'sneverseentherelease were a waste...
B. He popped out, swung at Hinamori and decided to never say anything about it because ___________ and also never said anything about Aizen being down on the ground not being attacked, but yet Ichigo knew before anyone/during the fight that they were wrecking Hinamori...
or C. Kubo fucked up the story again

Aizen is uber fast, it is very possible he replaced himself with hinamori at any point in the fight. In Manga time soifon vs aizen up to then was pages and pages but in fight time it would have been like 20 seconds. He is fast enough to grab hinamori and replace them without Ichigo having any reaction time and everybody else just sees him as floating in the air.

Well judging by chapter 391 Ichigo is still in awe over Aizen's power, or else he's already noticed it's Hinamori and let Soifon fight and then everyone else.
Otherwise Aizen's arm was frozen already and then Ichigo let Soifon jump in and get stopped (by Hinamori then?,) then he let Shunsui cut him back (or Hinamori's if he switched before his arm was frozen,) and then he let Toushiro go from days away to stab Aizen (or still for some reason Hinamori and Ichigo isn't saying anything.)

And Aizen's arm doesn't get pulled out from being frozen until right when Toushiro stabs him, but then Aizen claims in this chapter that he's been using his shikai the whole time. But if he's fast enough to pull the 'ol switcheroo why would he bother hiding it with his shikai when he sat down on the ground and waited until everyone noticed. If he had been off wrecking people while they realized it wasn't him that would make sense but he just sat there until they turned around?

I dunno, maybe it's me but it just doesn't make much sense.

I find it funny how some of you speculate so much on this when you could just sit back and wait for it to be explained next chapter.

I would think it is hard to figure out the difference from what he sees to what they see. That is why he was all like, "WTF ARE YOU GUYS DOING?!?!"

honestly. it's bleach guys I thought we all already gave up expecting it to be good long long time ago let alone make sense. it just happens and fails most of the time
