You don't have to look at anime tags to be inspired you know...

In some/most cases just seeing something great is inspiration... but it's much better if you see something specific sometimes

It looks over-sharpened as hell tbh, especially the render. The bg is good but your choice of render doesn't look good with it. Other than that looks like your improving.
