I don't think Urahara knew, i mean i re-watched the episode where Ichigo was transforming into a Hollow in that hole, and when he came out, the mask broke.

The bounto, all of them who saw the mask either disappeared or died.

The arrancar arc, ok yeah grimjow was the only one to see it at first, but he got pwned later on. Dunno if he is dead or not. Not to mention the other arrancar that were in Ichigo's path, are gone also

It's pretty obvious hes the strongest. The healing Captain thought had about the same strength as a captain, but then he told her he only has 1/4 of his spiritual pressure. GG, he's gonna rip aizen.

when aizen dies this anime is pretty much cashed, its not like they can come up with another bad guy that would be a challange to kill after that

all aizen has to do is escape and rebuild his army duh.. that makes for another 100 episodes.
