Which is why high end restaurants generally only have one or two bites per plate.

Damned annoying having to prepare 17 plates per person, though. Nearly 2,000 plates per day at my restaurant.

17 course tasting menu at my current restaurant. Does get you quite full, though.

Sets you back $200 a person without drinks. :rofl:
