And no one is saying any of the big 3 are perfect. You think OP fan boys are the only ones who don't admit their show isn't perfect? Do you not know what fanboy is? Naruto and Bleach fanboys are just the same.

Naruto, one piece is way too childish.
Naruto is sort of depressing, climb to the top from the bottom. But that is what makes it appealing.
Even though people hate on it there characters are well made, the plot is well made, and there are some fillers but they give the characters more feeling and more background.
edit: bleach has too many fillers, even if it is good. If you are willing to sort em out go for it.
One piece, if you want to watch it get ready for many overdramatic childish moments.

No matter what something is people have opinions upon it. Therefore no points are invalid. Also, why watch anime if all points are invalid? All of them are cartoons.

there can be too much of anything, and one piece is way past the point of too much back story.

No lol.. the more you add to it, the more reason you'd want that character to stay in the series permanently.
That's just basic stuff btw. Sry man.. but it's not all of us that wants to watch fights every episodes.
One piece has it's flaws like all animes, yet it's the only one of the 3 I'm still watching. Still reading all 3 tho.

It's the same with most shonen though, It's either 70%fighting/5%backstory/25%fillers or 60%backstory/45% fighting/10%fillers.
