Welcome Back here. B)
You really do seem like a Seasoned Player to me Now. But I know that you were hitting those Arcade Centers on a regular basis Before. the Time when you had only 1 Button for punch and 1 Button for kick really seems like Past history for me.. I mean, do we have 'That' now? :D And Yes Chun-Li was the only Playable female character at the time and Mr Bison's crushing blow was always an Amazing move to witness. Funny fact I knew about the little Trick you've mentioned. Having Bison pushing his opponent into a corner and then Attacking him repeatedly with his "double- Scissor Kick" Special + light kicks combos in order to win the battle easily. B)
I Don't think you've watched this 4 hours-long video I've Posted Above. But If you did. You see that the guy Playing in there is Also using This Trick at some point of his Gameplay. :P ( Not that I'd blame you If you didn't see/watch that 4 hours Video entirely! ) I swear ...

No, I did not watch the vid... I just got a flashback of the days when I played SF 1 / 2 / Champion etc. SF2 had Magic Throw (Guile), Freeze (Guile) methods, and the basic old combo of Ken / Ryu is you do a fireball, opponent goes to block, you jump over, big kick to head (they are crouching), bend down big kick (foot sweep) and followed with either a fireball or a small dragon uppercut... I change this to a "Medium" Kick + fire ball instead of a foot sweep, because the fire ball or uppercut hit and did not miss.

Oh, the jump over big kick, crouch little punch, little kick (foot), small fire ball, walk in, two low kicks (foot) small fire ball to back them up in the corner... now if I was on the opponent, I would reverse throw them as soon as they tried walking in with low kicks ... I loved reverse throws while they were trying to trap me in the corner... a reverse throw is to just walk toward them while they are doing their thing, and middle throw them in front of you... then you can do what they are trying to do, or you just keep throwing them...

Oh the memories.
Nope, have not watched that vid, I personally don't need to...

mao.
