Sasuke had Karin to heal him after all of those times. Sasuke also got butt pwned by kage's until he used susano'o. Basically Sasuke sucks balls without Itachi's powers. He would ahve been dead a long time ago without those. I think he just wanted to give Sasuke an excuse to not-die without making it completely stupid.

yeah, sasuke is stupid he gave away his biggest advantage

but as he said she was also a weakness. she had less fighting ability than sakura so he would spend every fight trying to rescue her which would leave him wide open to many attacks

besides her power isnt the kind of thing you want to rely on because that kind of thing would make a person careless/reckless
he is stronger w/o her b/c he wont rely on her power.

She has already saved his life at least once vs killerbee. You can't be stronger if you are dead. and even if he gets beaten up saving her she can heal him in an instant. and an experienced Ninja like Sasuke wouldn't get into the attitude of "I can totally get fucked up as many times as I want cuz I got karin."

It isn't at all like Kyuubi which would mean Naruto wouldn't need to develope his own powers in the least because of Kyuubi. If you can be healed over and over it doesn't really matter if you are fighting somebody way stronger than you.
