I Don't think this is restrictions. But they have a biggest market there on USA than just in Europe.. who knows ? And they can't Air their games everywhere on the Planet. So they have to make a choice. That's too bad for the European fans I know.. And following that logic so, many games only came in Japan (of course) and in USA too (north America) like Chrono cross in 1999 and Legend of Mana and many others.. But Don't worry we had decent games here on Europe Too like Final Fantasy IX, Legend of Dragoon, Koudelka, Alundra, Parasite eve, ergheiz etc well That is for the platform playstation. And we had Baten Kaitos, Tales of Symphonia, Zelda: The wind waker, Zelda: The twiligth Princess on GameCube... So many good games you See.
That being said, Stauf do you still have your copy of Zelda: the Twilight Princess on Nintendo GameCube? cause this Game now Is a collector you know..
There are games that were BANNED because of their content... even in USA.
I forgot the name of the game, and it was a
PS1 PC game, it was so violent that it got banned... for example the character could Piss in the mouth of a decapitated head, set fire to babies and throw them like mottletof bottles and a ton of other gross things.
It only became popular from pirating the game even to my country... New Zealand of all places... people thought GTA was bad, this was 100 times worse.
