What manga have you been reading..? Here let me break it down for you.

To become the pirate king you have to conquer all of the seas and what lies at the end of the last sea ( The new world )? Raftel, which is said to be the island where Gol D. Roger ( former pirate king ) hid One Piece.

As soon as you have One Piece you will be recognized as a man who conquered all seas and you can claim the title which was previously owned by the Captain Gol D. Roger who gained the said title by conquering all of the seas.

really? The caliber of enemies is getting higher and higher, and with kaidou having an army of fruit users.....having a REALLY strong 10th wouldn't necessarily be impossible.

Yeah but.. Aokiji is kinda op'd.. I wouldn't mind a tenth tbh but not one that already has an insane fruit, experience and haki on top of that.. would make the SH op'd lol.

And don't forget, his army of fruit users are all zoans.. and inexperienced one at that, they'll mostly have acquired their fruit recently and won't be accustomed to fighting with them.

one piece is not a proof that u conquered the seas. Its just a treasure.. unknown one

Getting to raftel and finding one piece would be "conquering the seas" , becoming the pirate king.. i though this was pretty basic

Do you remember chapter, where sanjis mentor asked luffy, if he wants to know the location of OP? He said no, he wanted to find it himself. He always wanted to be the PK so why doesnt he want to know its location?

this was answered at Sabaody Archipelago, when Usopp tried asking Rayleigh where One Piece was.
Luffy got pissed off and said why he didn't want to know.
