Nice point of view with a grading and no vision to how you came about those grades or the Seasons that followed for some of them.

Demon Slayer could have an 8.4 Rating, but what season? The latest Jujutsu Kaisen could be around 8 or if not more, however Season 1 hmm, or, dependent on the viewer (i.e. myself... season 2 was just MEH, UNTIL they FINALLY decided to do something during the episodes because they were too long winded and too much in the PAST) ... hey definition based on the viewer, ... oh as for Chainsaw Man... you may as well just watch "Blade" ... you know... the Daywalker that kills all vampires etc?

Eminence in Shadow... Season 1... yup... nice, had a typical OP re-incarnation vibe and trying to stay under the radar and somewhat... but way OP... fucking Nuclear devastation etc and in Season 2... wtf ... the pussy got controlled and then tried to make up with it with the Counterfeit morons, and tried to consolidate all the BS by playing off on both parties by being a dumbfuck that went against the grain of being HIDDEN from everything etc.

hEY... difference of opinion and perspective, those choices were okay, however, watch all seasons and give a rating to each one to compare on a WHOLE ... now I am sounding like the antagonist from the "Eminence in Shadow"

If you want individualized reviews for each season/episode/5 minute interval ect. Then go to a fan forum site or reddit. My post was more geared towards first time or occasional viewers.

That being said I agree with a lot of what you said (maybe a bit too harsh on CSM) ^_^

Honestly these were just the ones that stood out to me after jumping back into watching again, I've had many that I gave up after 1-2 episodes because the story was lame or the characters were one dimensional, but hey that's anime for ya

Don't get me wrong, but I was having a "tin foil" hat moment ... or to be honest, drunk as usual and just spouting out.

I prefer the people and comments here on jsp, more fun and can be blunt and honest, hence your reply. :D

Basically I am similar, if the first 2 episodes don't appeal to me, I kinda ditch it, however, on certain recommendations or some members posting on an Anime, I will try to give it more of a chance ... basically like 6 episodes and hope for something to keep me interested, and yup, I have on occasion enjoyed watching it, but then it took like 4-6 episodes to get into it.

Actually been so bored and waiting on other Anime, I have over-saturated myself with re-watching anime that I have just recently started to watch Cardfight ... I mean wtf is up with that? I am that bored, next I might go and watch Bakugan (Bakugon) or whatever it is called... I have already re-watched Yu Gi Oh ...

Yup, but at least I can watch the re-make of Rourini Kenshin (think my spelling is off) in between.

Nothing like watching anime drunk ^_^

There are a few timeless gems out there like I've watched cowboy bebop at least 4 times and its still as good as the first time.

My problem is that new anime often repeats ideas instead of coming up with something original. Like yeah reincarnation and video games are interesting but do we need 100s new anime with the same bones as SOA or shield hero. Its not just anime either, Hollywood does the same thing.
