We can safely presume that in Wano, when a samurai dies his sword is placed in the grave with him. E.g. With Ryuma's corpse still holding ownership of Shusui, as Moria would have dug him up and his sword will have been in the grave with him.
So will the higher ups of Wano confront Zoro about his possession and potentially accuse him of grave robbery? Will they attempt to detain him? Obviously the straw hats wouldn't allow it and they will rebel and cause problems, so what impact will this have on the story? Will Kinemon and Momo rebel also due to their trust in the SH crew? How do you see this playing out, if you think this prediction is a possibility.
Or will they maybe request that he returns the sword?
I don't this happening what so ever. If they do encounter the Wano Country, they will probably respect Zoro in a different aspect, or they will fight the crew because they are pirates. A samurai dies with his sword he died WITH and AS SEEN WITH. This is mainly because.. swords come and go.. like how Zoro's other two swords disappeared. So if anything, they probably wont realize that one of Zoro's sword was with one of their own.
