he is compared to toshiro cause toshiro is a genius also but just lacks experience, Kyoraku stated that " granted he is over 200 years old" give toshiro a hundred years and he will be more powerful then himself,

and kyoraku was able to kill the prima espada with shaiki alone, he is the strongest captain besides the captain commander

gin has been around for over 100 years and is on the same lvl as toshiro in genius natural skill, with 100 more years of experiance


to put it frankly Gin should be a ubber bad ass,

tousen was weak sauce compared to him

I remember all that genius stuff. Still doesn't fix the fact that we don't know how strong he actually is.

Would Ichigo be considered a genius because he is only in his teens and is at the top of captain class in strength?

I doubt Ichigo's dad showing up would make much of a difference. It seems from the way they were talking that Isshin has lost most of his powers, or at least he had lost them at one point in time, and Urahara was the cause or part of it.

nah ichigos dad didnt lose his powers he just gave up being a soul reaper because he couldnt save masaki. he said to urahara "even if my powers were diminished i wouldnt blame you"

1. pretty sure ukitake is on the same level as kyoraku
2. unohana is definitely stronger than him
