Anyways those 2 new chars are Champa and Vados both are from another universe and champa is the God of destruction in that universe
Sooner or later he will show up at beerus planet cuz champa senses/has forsaken 2 new ki (gokus and vegetas)

And ya that's vegeta always pushing his body to the limit but dosent realize how important it is for the body to get enough amount of rest to recover and get stronger
That's why goku always been a step ahead hehe ;)

But he's a Saya-jin, would be dumb to say that Whis is not aware of their ability to get stronger whenever they are pushed to their limit but isn't that what has kept Vegeta up to par with Goku? I mean, Vegeta is the only one who really pushes himself harder than anyone else, even Goku. So you're telling me that if he were to not train as hard, he would be as strong or stronger than Goku? I need some feed back on this one.
