It would be cool if he did, but on the other hand I think part of what makes him so interesting is how he manages to struggle on without it.

Oh, and btw, Aizen's hypnosis skill is his SHIKAI, so, regardless of it being 100 years ago, it's the same thing he's using in the modern episodes/manga.
