I doubt there are unknown sages. Sages have to have exceptional natural tallent and massive chakra to counter balance the sage chakra. It would take an amazing ninja randomly stumbling across the sage mountain like jiraiya did.

i just think it would be an interesting twist to add to naruto......if nothing else then for a anime filler

i think its neat , its kinda silly to give the Toads all the kick ass power of being sages,

one would assume there are lands like the toad world of the other creatures, Ochi snake was called a king he has to be a king of something,

i think there is a possibility of other sages not just toads, why wouldn't there be? all animals are natural and sage is manipulation of natural energy so one would assume u can be a snake sage or monkey or what ever sage but its just hard as hell " like looking left and right at the same time"

and the only reason naruto looks like a toad in sage mode is because he made his blood oath pack to the toads, so i would think to be a sage u need to enter in that contract with an animal and then proceed to attempt to learn sage, and you take on looks of what ever species you entered into the blood contract with.

i said he had toads traits cause he made the pact with the toads and i was implying that the traits for going into sage mode come from the animal you made the contract with,

the amount of traits naruto is showing when he is in sage mode has nothing to do on the subject
