I made a couple sigs like that where i didn't actually do anything but put text on them poorly

Anyways Onceamule.. yeah read some of those jsp tutorials. The go sign up to one of the "GFX Forums" and troll their tutorial sections for more advanted tuts. Once you have the basics down you can start messing around and develop your own style and stuff.
