nop it's translated as vice captain, not lieutenant
and the rank isn't to show difference in strength it's simply to show there position in the squad they are in

just by the fact they both have captain in them is all, but the lvl between captain and vice captain is huge, thats why i prefer lieutenant

captain and vice captain just imo seems like the vice captain isnt to far below the captain in str " cause there both in the captain lvl range"

but lieutenant and vice captain imo seems the proper term cause the words are completely different and it helps show there on 2 whole different lvls. "witch in fact they are"
