I didn't say the whole anime was corny, i havn't seen enough of it. A lot of what i've seen definitely was corny. I'm sorry if you have something against dubs, but it is my preference. If i could understand japanese it would sound more natural to me, but having to read while trying to listen to a language i don't understand takes more away from the experience than watching a dub does.


Maybe i can get used to subs eventually, but all of what i've seen just wasn't fun to watch.


If you can find me a REALLY good anime that doesn't have a dub i would probably watch it.

Most will Disagree, I used to be like you, and I almost quit watching anime when I had to start watching Naruto shippuuden subbed, however eventually you get used to it and realize what you have been missing.

Even though Kurokami is bad dubbed I still wouldn't pass up watching it, or atleast try it subbed, 20x as epic ofc.

dont listen to the dumbfucks ive seen more shit then 90% of the people who post if u liek it dub watch it dub dont let them change your mind the only reason to watch subs is really to watch it months sometimes years before its dubbed i dont think anyone here besides me watches it in both dub and sub so there biased as fuck ignore the ignorant kids

Alot of people do both, well I don't do both anymore but like you mentioned if you want a somewhat decent dub you could be waiting months sometimes years which is the huge downfall

but really 90% of the time it's better subbed, quality wise etc. so why not atleast get used to it and do both like you do.

But I never said that, all I'm letting him know is yes Kurokami exists dubbed, but the one I seen atleast was very poor quality and terrible audio which could wreck the whole show for him, and who knows if it will ever get re-done decently, they dubbed that one way too fast.

Also what I was pointing out, If he is an Anime fan and likes to watch it regularly eventually he will have to learn to watch both like you did, so maybe giving subs another chance wouldn't hurt, because eventually you do run into animes you really want to see and will notice there only subbed, and you don't want to let the fact that it's subbed make you miss out on a really good anime would you?



I know, my point above is the only reason I said anything to him, it's for him to decide though not me.
