Wtf are all the shows on hiatus for a while?
Like slime and black clover

it's a common occurrence.
As the new season starts shows that carry over tend to take a break a lot of the time.

not really sure why, never really looked into it.
but i have a feeling it tends to always effect Winter Season, my guess would be maybe it's to do with New Years?
but it does also happen during other seasons too so i dunno.
maybe an episode related thing so they match up to the end of next season, or maybe it's just a rest period.

I just remember going from spring to summer seasons there wasnt a pause. And from summer to winter.
Maybe I'm just silly and forgot this happens

not just with ongiong series, it's just a general thing.
shows end and there tends to be like that 1 week gap with pretty much nothing. (maybe the odd series still wrapping up, or carry over)

since most new series start either mid/late into the 1st week i find or in the 2nd week in the month of the new season.
while mostly everything else would have ended already in the previous month.

pretty much everything i plan to watch starts on the 7th to the 9th.
with the only exception being Boogiepop which i think airs tomorrow.

What's odd is how some shows continue onward like Jojo and Goblin Slayer.
