I doubt 2 seconds of chakra from samaeda is enough to bring him back to anything near capable of being able to outmaneuver kisame and get hte sword back.  Unless somebody else interferes he is screwed.

the reason (as far as we know) that kisame was so deadly is b/c he always has more chakra than his opponent b/c he steals his opponents chakra via the sword

he has lost the sorb thus losing his chakra supply

IF (make sure you see the fucking word if) if bee gets his hands on the sword, the tables will have turned

Right now he does not have access to samehada and thus neither side has hte unlimited chakra supply. He is still the underdog because, well, he has a blade 2 inches away from him and almost no chakra left wheras Kisame remains untouched.
