It's still being done with Feel though just now the main studio is Tezuka Productions.
At least she still looks like Hotaru, Style wise the change seems minimal and just on the less detailed side of things. (lower budget perhaps?)
I can deal with the minimal change.

Definitely doesn't look as bad as when Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru changed studio for Season 2 and it looked like a totally different series.
