top left is not drake and bottom right is not hawkins..... hawkins sword is different and to think top left is drake is just silly

What makes you think they can't get new swords?

brook still has the same looking sword (even though its new, or was it just a new sword skill?), zoro will have his white sword untill the end, law didnt change swords. a swordsman switching swords seems unlikely. and Hawkins sword definetly fits his character style.
I just think its very unlikely that this is Hawkins
