the girls in konosuba do look to have pretty long legs.
just going by visual measurement using their heads they look to match up pretty well with the official character art. (torso is somewhere around 1 3/4 - 2 heads in length while the legs run at around 3 - 3 1/2, give or take a bit)
maybe they look bigger because they're 1/4 scale figures in the pic and because the legs are a major focal point? i dunno.
