i just cannot make myself understand that, in the fishman island with one pulse of his conqueror haki he got down half of the rebels.. now , a logia + a conqueror haki user ++++++ some useless newbs ,got 1 hited by the conq haki and kaboooooom, but i supose in 10 years we will find out why.

fishman island does not equal new world

they didn't get knocked out by the Conqueror Haki cause he doesn't have it.
The soldiers had no idea what was going on and mistaken the gas as Haki so they just assumed.
