Uzumaki have red hair the only reason Naruto didn't cause his father was a namakazi and he took after his dad I suppose.

Edit: well other people from different lineages can also have red hair but its just common that the Uzumaki carry that trait though I'm not sure if mito had red hair I'll have to check.

I'm not saying it's impossible for it to be, but I wouldn't assume she's an uzumaki just because of that.
Becuase if you go by that, then all those people I just mentioned and probably more are also Uzumakis.

Well it's not unlikely at all. Nagato was of the Hidden Rain and he had Uzumaki lineage. There's no reason to believe that the lineage couldn't have spread out to every single village.

I agree man also the entire uzumaki village was destroyed so very few members are scattered around the regions.
