I'm also analyzing how the name was given which it wasn't given at all. Sometimes in mangas or animes if the author/writer wanted to create suspense he would a piece of information blank such as this.
then when that piece of information final does come it'll be like "HOLY SHIT NO WAY"
I think it's Shanks because when the readers read it'll be like "WTFZ brah! Luffy wanted to take down Shank WHHHATTTTT!?!?!?!?"
vs when we find out it's Big Mam then it'll be like "Oh Big Mam? Well duh he wanted to fight her in the first place"

the slim monster looks a lot like the thing on this chicks shoulder and this chick works with big mom,


this could be the foreshadowing with a connection between big mom and CC along with luffys declaration of war on big mom one can reasonably say big mom is the target

Luffy would never teamup to take down shanks, he said it when he was a kid, he will gather nakama in order to defeat his ... so if he teams up with someone else then the storyline is crap. I would say either Blackbeard or Big mom thats all.

Luffy doesn't give a shit about kaido, wouldn't agree to fight shanks. Traf is probably not interested in black beard (probably thinks he is out of his league)

but this is one piece , no bleach , where you get troloed on every chapter, i just dont see luffy doing an alliance whit law for shanks thats a no go from me , also fighting blackbeard.. thats the guy that luffy hates the most at the moment proly. Its big mom or kaidoo and ive added kaido on this category cuss over the skip period his name was present on some of the supernovas screens.But its quite clear that its Big Mom , its about the time for Lola , the vivre card she gave to nami and things like that to get in handy,
