i know this isn't the most realistic anime ever but why is president of the united states speaking in japanese to all his advisers, they show english on the tv etc

It's like when they fake English but still speak Japanese then compliment each others engish

doesn't help that they're on airforce one calling him mr president, then one guy says yes sir in english

because it's anime.
it's normal to see english words and some actual voice snippets of it through anime, games and music etc...
