his eye gives him the ability to use all 6 elemental paths, thats all i know about it. im guessing he gets his other powers from the abilities of bodies themselves. thats all i know about it
in regards to the whole love thing -> every show like this sets people up to be in love with each other but usually doesnt follow through with it.
shika and temari are set up to be with each other
sakura isnt portrayed as the type of person who will settle for less, she will either be with saskuke or nobody
naruto likes sakura but seems liek the type who could find love elsewhere. if he ends up with anyone its gotta be hinata because once she admits she loves him he will discover feelings for her. if for no other reason than because he will feel obligated after hearing the truth of her feelings.
jaraiya was set up with tsunade which all became obvious once they saw each other for the last time (revealing she actually had feelings for him)
there was an episode in season 3 of naruto (not shippuden) where team guy was training and lee was the only one not exhausted and tenten was just staring at him while blushing (hint hint)
asuma and kurenai ended up hooking up and asuma knocked her up before his death to akatsuki
other than that i cant think of any romances or potential romances but those are my opinions on all of the ones i know of.
