but it's more uninspired key moeshit like little busters. the last thing they produced of any value was clannad, and none of the recent games have even come close in quality to the triad of clannad/kanon/air.
even though the original kanon had absolute ass art
i wasn't basing it off sales only though, that was just one aspect.
i've seen plenty reviews giving it high rating and people loving it, it's even ranked #13 on vndb.
though just like any VN it might not appeal to everyone and each girls route would appeal to the player differently, but overall it was a pretty well received VN from what i've seen/read.

Well the base game of Huniepop (that being the puzzle aspect)
was decently put together and played well, i've seen a lot worse.
so not everything about the game was bad. lol
their new game Huniecam studio or whatever it's called though is an absolute piece of trash.
somehow they made the art like 10x worse than it was.
