not so much loli, thats only minor part of the show, 2-3 eps i think
generally, its an action anime and tons of it
main theme is gangsters anywhere from the russian mafia to the chinese triad to the japan yakusa
I really enjoyed it once i finally got to watch it

Needless surpassed my expectations, i thought it would be some corny comedy action childish anime. but the action is actually pretty good, and the comedy made me lol at times, and bubz is always nice, overall i enjoyed needless.
